This project consisted of a new LDS stake center in Bellevue, Washington. The chapel lighting is dimmed from one central location. Video, sound and microphone systems were included in the design. A fire alarm system was provided to meet NFPA requirements.

Casne Engineering designed the renovation and 6000 square feet addition of St. Joseph Church, Issaquah, WA. The project involved upgrading the electrical service with a new pad mount transformer, and a new 208/120V, 3-phase, 800A main service distribution board. The existing Chapel on the second floor was remodeled to add a new Narthex, prayer room, devotion room, and new center altar. The project included a new lighting and control system, sound system, CCTV, and fire alarm system. The first floor classrooms and the dining room were upgraded with new lighting systems and controls. A new commercial kitchen and restrooms were also added on the first floor, and new ground and landscape lighting was installed in landscaped areas. The new entry canopy was fitted with recessed down lights, and a 25hp elevator was added to serve both floors. Fan coils and circulating pumps were designed for the HVAC system.
